If diagnosed early, some types of cancer can be completely cured. Breast cancer is about 100 times less common among men than among women. Mammograms are routinely administered to detect breast cancer in women who have no apparent symptoms. the machine applies moderate compression to your breast for a few seconds to obtain the clearest image.
